 -Intro to Skating
This is an introductory program operated under the guidelines of the USFA Snow Plow Sam program and Hockey 1-4. This program is designed for kids with limited to no skating experience. It will teach them ice skating basics, standing, forward movement and stopping. Upon successful completion of this program the child can then enter intro to hockey or intro to figure skating.
Equipment Requirements: Helmet, properly sized Ice Skates, mittens/gloves and warm clothing

- Intro to Hockey (ages 4 to 8)
This is an introduction program designed to follow basic hockey skills, stick use and improve skating skills. This is a non-competitive program aimed to prepare children for Initiation Hockey. Participants must have successfully completed Intro to Skating.
Equipment Requirements: Full Hockey gear

-Initiation Hockey (ages 4 to 8)
This program is aimed at continuing to develop the participants skating proficiency, stick handling skills as well as basic game skills. This program will run with certified USA Hockey coaches and will follow recommended USA hockey program. Participants will be exposed to at least two tournament style programs throughout the season.
Equipment Requirements: Full Hockey gear

-Mites (ages 6 to 8)
Description: This program will also follow USA hockey recommended guidelines and will have certified coaching staff. This program will stress skating proficiency, stick handling, shooting, game strategy and good sportsmanship. This is a competitive travel team requiring a large commitment from the child and family. It is anticipated that there would be approximately 20 games per season as well a tournament and out of state play. See Eligibility requirements.

-Squirt  (ages 9 to 10)
Description: This program will also follow USA hockey recommended guidelines and will have certified coaching staff. This program will stress skating proficiency, stick handling, shooting, game strategy and good sportsmanship. This is a competitive travel team requiring a large commitment from the child and family. It is anticipated that there would be approximately 20 games per season as well a tournament and out of state play. See Eligibility requirements.

-Midgets (ages 14 to 16)
 This is a program designed to support the high school program and is an advanced program for advanced experienced hockey players. This program will follow all USA hockey guidelines and will have certified USA hockey coaches. This team will play approximately 8 games.

-House League (ages 11 to 15)
 This is intended to provide participants hockey with minimal competition. It is aimed at providing fitness and recreation for children who want to explore and improve their hockey skills. They will
play approximately 8 games a season (some at home and some away) within an hours travel. (This will be a combination of squirt & peewee ages since we don’t feel we will have enough to field both teams the first year.)
Equipment Requirements: Full Hockey Gear .

Eligibility:
All children, male or female, who are at least four years of age as of December 31st of the registering year, and who reside in the Lamoille County area, are eligible to participate.
